Our team of 50 experienced retouchers has processed more than 4 million images. All work is done manually — no automated batch processing.
How do I upload images?
You can upload directly through your account dashboard, via FTP, or by sharing a cloud link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox). For large batches, FTP is recommended. If you use a different file transfer method, let us know and we will adapt.
Which image formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, TIF, PNG, EPS, and PSD. If you have questions about a specific format or file size, contact us and a member of our team will advise.
In what format will you return the retouched images?
We deliver in your preferred format: JPG on white background, transparent PNG, clipping path saved, or any combination your workflow requires. Specify your output requirements when placing your order, or contact us if you need guidance.
Do you work with individual photographers?
We work with businesses, agencies, and professional photographers. Our service is built for commercial production workflows — fashion shoots, ecommerce catalogs, studio production, and brand photography.
How does the free trial work?
New customers receive 2 free sample retouches. Create an account, upload your images, and the first two will be processed at no charge — so you can assess our quality and standard before committing to a larger order.

Can you resize images to marketplace specifications?
Yes. We deliver images at the exact pixel dimensions and aspect ratios your platform requires — Amazon, ASOS, Shopify, Zalando, or any other specification. State your requirements at the time of order.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 24 hours. Some complex retouching tasks may require additional time. We will notify you before starting your order if your brief is likely to affect the timeline.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. A 4-hour express option is available for urgent orders. Contact our team before placing your order to confirm availability and brief requirements for express processing.
Are my images kept confidential?
Your images are fully secure. All transfers use 256-bit SSL encryption. Images are permanently deleted from our servers after 30 days. We do not share, sell, or use client images for any purpose other than processing your order.
Can you handle large batches consistently?
Yes. Volume production is a core part of what we do. We retouch batches of hundreds or thousands of images while maintaining consistent output across the entire set — same background treatment, same exposure level, same retouching depth, on every image in the order.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes. Monthly billing plans are available for clients with regular volume. Contact us to discuss a plan suited to your production schedule and order frequency.
